Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon is prioritizing a move to the Premier League amid reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United, agent Ronen Katsav has told Sport 5.
In December, the Shakhtar CEO claimed the Israel international was close to signing a new contract with the Ukrainian giants. As things stand, however, Solomon has yet to put pen to paper.
And, with his current deal expiring in 2023, Shakhtar could be forced to consider offers for a snake-hipped winger with undertones of a young Eden Hazard.

According to TEAMtalk, Solomon has admirers at Tottenham, Aston Villa and Newcastle United capable of blasting their high-flying rivals thanks to their ambitious billionaire owners.
It seems unlikely at this stage that Aston Villa will firm up their interest, following the arrival of Philippe Coutinho on loan from Barcelona.
Will Manor Solomon leave Ukraine for the Premier League?
“The fact that Manor hasn’t signed a new contract at Shakhtar says a lot about his future,” Katsav says.
“The priority is the English or Spanish league. Manor is only 22 years old and has a long way to go.
Arsenal reportedly submitted a £17million bid for Solomon last summer (SportArena). Although the recent revival of Gabriel Martinelli could slam the door on another silky left winger with an eye for goal.
Solomon scored 11 times in all competitions last season, including twice against Real Madrid in the Champions League group stage.
The 22-year-old recently admitted he plans to leave Shakhtar as soon as possible. A big start would see him follow in the footsteps of Fred, Fernandinho, Douglas Costa, Willian and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
However, Solomon is focused on leaving in June rather than January. Even though he reportedly told his representatives to find him a new home in the Premier League.
One of Ukrainian football’s biggest talents has already arrived in England this month. Vitaliy Mykolenko has joined Everton from Dynamo Kyiv in a deal worth £18million.
