The Premier League is back with new rebound potential from the manager. If anyone knows, Jones knows.

Manchester City have shown enough vulnerability this season that the sides come to the Etihad with some hope in their bid for a result. Southampton got a draw and Crystal Palace, helped by an extra man for 45 minutes, played excellently to come away with a 2-1 victory.

However, only Aston Villa (0) have taken fewer points than Everton (2) in the last five Premier League games. Pep Guardiola’s boys should find a way out of this, but that doesn’t ring a bell with you, does it?

A brighter angle surrounds Joao Cancelo’s scoring chances. One is coming for City – and it’s seen as an interesting bet.

The full-back has been sensational for Pep’s men in recent weeks, with his creative flair and excellent positioning which is very difficult for opposing teams to stop. In his last six starts, he has scored 17 shots on goal, including his first goal of the season in the victory against Club Brugge. The movement in front of him, whether it’s Jack Grealish or Phil Foden, allows Cancelo to find very dangerous pockets of space outside the box and he has the quality to test goalies with quality shots. The 14/1 with Sky Bet to score from outside the area makes sense as we are squeezing more juice out of the price instead of supporting 5/1 odds all the time.

BETTING ANGLE: Joao Cancelo scores from outside the box (14/1 with Sky Bet)

Tottenham vs Leeds, Sunday 4.30pm, live on Sky Sports

There was no obvious Antonio Conte rebound for Tottenham at Everton – but he could well explode here.

Tottenham delivered one of their best defensive performances this season at Everton, while their pace of work has also improved a lot, covering the most distance in all of their games this season.

Meanwhile, Leeds’ wins and eight of their 11 points this season have come up against teams currently below them in the Premier League as they continue to have issues with better individual squads. I like the victory at home.

Antonio Conte can clinch his first victory as Spurs boss, says Jones Knows

The market for player shots attracted me – as is normally the case for an opponent playing in Leeds. Marcelo Bielsa’s man-to-man style of football always leaves room for center players to have strikes on goal, as beating their scorer usually opens the way to goal.

Bruno Fernandes (four shots – three on target), Dominic Calvert-Lewin (four shots, four on target), Sadio Mane (10 shots, two on target), Michail Antonio (seven shots, three on target) and Armando Broja (five shots, three on target) ) have racked up several shots from a central zone against Leeds this season.

The obvious game is to get Harry Kane to go mad, but obviously he’s priced accordingly, with only 13/8 available with Sky Bet so he can have five or more hits. Prices on Lucas Moura are much more attractive considering he plays a lot more center under Conte and looks like a player who could thrive under the Italian’s watch.

All of his lines are worth seeing, but the choice is 5/1 with Sky Bet on him to have two or more shots on target.

BETTING ANGLE: Lucas Moura will have two shots on target (5/1 with Sky Bet)
